Midlands based training provider In-Comm Training & Business Services has selected Red Orchid Ltd to participate in a series of business masterclasses in Q4/2020.
Our Director – James Howard will be presenting on Wednesday 14th October.
He will share insights into the different phases of a crisis, the complex challenges and often competing stakeholder issues that can emerge, and the importance of horizon scanning, that the audience should consider when developing and reviewing their own crisis response frameworks.
